    Ingredients:

    1.5 Irish Whiskey

    .75 Domaine de Canton

    .75 Cynar

    Lemon Twist

    Instructions:

    Add the Irish whiskey, Domaine de Canton and Cynar to a chilled cocktail glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.


    Notes    :

    Fun with Irish whiskey. I enjoyed my variation, Maureen O’Hara and also enjoy Cynar with Domaine de Canton. It only seemed natural to combine the two. Scents of honey, lemon, leather and ginger great the nose. A complex interplay of herbs, whiskey sugar and ginger. The finish is light with caramel and citrus notes.
